If you have received an activation code from Service Center or Helpdesk, you can use this code to create or restore your user account.
Confirm by entering the activation code (5 digits) and verification code (9 digits) printed on the activation paper.

The activation code is valid for 3 weeks after it was created, if you have multiple activation codes all codes will expire once one of them is used.
